Prior to founding Pipal Tree, Sonia served as Talent Acquisition Lead for McCormick in India, where she designed and implemented comprehensive talent strategies for the global flavor leader. This corporate experience enhanced her already substantial search expertise with invaluable internal perspective on organizational talent needs.

Sonia’s executive search pedigree includes leadership roles at prestigious firms, having served as Associate Partner with both Accord India and Stanton Chase International. She began her executive search journey with Korn/Ferry International, where she spent a formative decade honing her expertise in leadership assessment and acquisition.
