Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning
Lead enterprise-wide Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and long-term business forecasting.
Partner with executive leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.
Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
Operations & Transformation
Oversee Quote to Cash (QTC) operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
Drive Digital Transformation initiatives to modernize finance systems and reporting mechanisms.
Accounting & Compliance
Ensure strong financial governance, accuracy, and compliance across accounting, tax, and reporting functions.
Implement internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and develop a high-performing finance organization (~25 team members).
Foster collaboration across functions to deliver strategic financial objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on all financial and operational matters.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 15+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within technology, software, or product development industries.
- Strong background in strategic planning, business transformation, and enterprise-wide finance operations.
- Proven ability to lead complex change management initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated track record of building and leading large, diverse teams across global locations.
- High standards of integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
