We are retained by a high-growth, multi-business Indian conglomerate operating across manufacturing, ODM, B2C, and brand-building verticals for a HR Head Role .

The organization is at a pivotal inflection point, transitioning from a promoter-led manufacturing enterprise to a future-ready, institution-led group with global ambitions. • Act as a trusted advisor to the Founder-CMD, MD & CEO, and the leadership team on organization design, capability building, and culture
  • Elevate HR from a support function to a value-creation business partner
Talent & Leadership Architecture
  • Design and implement end-to-end Talent Management systems: talent acquisition, HiPo identification, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Build leadership pipelines across manufacturing, R&D, ODM, brand, and corporate functions
  • Institutionalize coaching, mentoring, and executive development practices across the group

  • Own the L&D budget and ROI measurement
  • Anchor leadership programs, new-hire assimilation, and culture onboarding

Qualifications:

  • 15–22+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or operationally complex organizations
  • Demonstrated experience building HR systems from early or mid-stage maturity – not maintaining inherited MNC frameworks
  • Experience working within promoter-led or family-managed enterprises strongly preferred
  • Strong business acumen – thinks and operates like a business leader, not a policy custodian
  • Proven ability to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders including founders and promoters
  • Builder mindset with long-term institutional orientation and high comfort with ambiguity
  • Post-graduate degree in HR or Management; strong academic pedigree valued
