20+ years experienced professional of which 15+ years were in the Executive Search Industry. Sonia comes on board with Strategic Talent Management experience across multiple industries with experience of working both in the search industry as well as the corporate side of it.
She has conducted senior level searches for Global as well as Indian Multinational Corporations and has successfully handled high priority, key, confidential and critical mandates. Before setting up Pipal Tree, Sonia was Talent Acquisition Lead at McCormick in India.
Prior to that she was in the executive search industry and worked in the capacity of an Associate Partner with Accord India & Stanton Chase India. She started her executive search journey with Korn/Ferry International where she spent good 10 yrs of her career.
